1) Q - What services of products at Ski Apache can I purchase with my "Frozen Assets" Card?
A - Your "Frozen Assets" Card can be used to purchase virtually anything at Ski Apache ... from lift tickets, to food and beverages, gift shop items, lessons, rentals and anything else available for purchase.

2) Q - After purchasing my "Frozen Assets" Card, how will I receive the card?
A - Your card will be mailed within 48 hours via regular mail to your address?

3) Q - How Long does it take to receive my card?
A - Please allow five to seven business days to receive your card.

4) Q - I don't see the denomination available that I would like to purchase?
A - You may combine the purchase of any number of cards to arrive at the total value in which you are interested.

5) Q - How does the card work?
A - The "Frozen Assets" card once pre-loaded with the monetary value which you have purchased works exactly like a typical gift card ... every time you make a purchase, the value of your purchase is removed from your card.

6) Q - Can I purchase additional value for my card at Ski Apache?
A - Yes ... at any purchase terminal at the resort your "Frozen Assets" card can be re-loaded with additional monetary value.

7) Q - Can I give the card away as a gift?
A - Absolutely, this is a perfect use for the card ... the card, once loaded with value is fully transferable and makes a perfect gift item.

8) Q - What if I lose my card ... will I receive a replacement?
A - Yes, if your "Frozen Assets" card get's lost Ski Apache will cancel that card and re-issue another card to you loading any non-spent funds upon it.

9) Q - Can I secure a refund for any unused funds on my "Frozen Assets" card?
A - No, refunds are not available for any unspent monies remaining on your card.

10) Q - Can use the value of the card over multiple trips or even in a later ski season?
A - Yes ... your "Frozen Assets" are Frozen! They will always be available on your card until spent.
